If you sign an exclusive 2 years lease agreement with our company, we guarantee you a stable high rental income every month. Even if the apartment is temporarily empty, we will pay you the amount agreed in the contract. This offer applies only to apartments for short term rent not far from the center of Prague.

 EXAMPLE

Our managers were responsible for managing and renting 1 + kk 28m2 apartment in a prestigious residential complex "Na Vackově" in the center of Prague, Žižkov district. The owner of the apartment signed an exclusive 2 years lease agreement with us. Each months he was getting 13 000 CZK rent as was stated in the agreement.

The flat is located not far from the center and it is really easy to reach major Prague attractions from there. So we could rent it for short-term lease to foreign tourists. Even though the apartments was not occupied every day, the owner was regularly paid  by our agency the ammount stated in the contract - 13,000 CZK/month.
