Our managers had  to sell a house in Prague, 4+kk 164m2 with a 225m2 plot. Calculated selling price reached 10 900 000 CZK.

The house is located in a nice residential areal with lots of greenery. Bus stop is just 100 meters away. By bus you can reach Černý Most district within 8 minutes. There are various shops nearby, kindergarten and elementary school.
